A short quiz that builds a starting plan for your dynamic: tasks, rituals, check-ins, rewards, consequences, and a contract. You check and change the plan, and one confirm creates all of it. Kneel offers the quiz while your setup is still small. In a pair the Dominant takes the quiz; in solo mode you take it for yourself. You can also start from a Blueprint, a ready-made setup that members share in the Community on the Kneel web app. The quiz is free; Premium items in the plan need a Premium member.

## Why it exists

An empty app is the hardest place to start. The setup quiz turns a few answers into a complete first plan you can change, so your dynamic has structure from the first day.

## Capabilities

### Six short questions

Your experience, if you live together, your focus (pick up to two), intensity from gentle to strict, what the plan should include, and when the daily check-in happens, if at all. Solo members skip the living question.

### Opt-in content

Intimate content, chastity content, and punishments stay out of the plan unless you switch them on. Picking Chastity as a focus adds chastity content.

### Check before you confirm

Change or remove items in the plan, then confirm once. Nothing is created until you confirm.

### Locked preview without Premium

Premium items show as a locked preview. Items that wait for your partner to join, or for any member's Premium, are added when that happens.

### Blueprints from the Community

Browse Blueprints in the Community at app.getkneel.com, pick the items you want, and import them into your dynamic. Publish your own from the web editor.

### Imports that respect roles

A Dominant or solo member imports Blueprint items directly. A submissive's import goes to the Dominant as proposals.

### For Dominants (Dominant)

Start from a full plan instead of an empty screen.

- Your answers shape the tasks, rituals, check-in, and contract in the plan
- Edit every item before anything is created
- Your submissive gets a notification when the plan is set up
- Import a Blueprint from the Community on the web

### For Submissives (submissive)

See your setup arrive in one step.

- Get a notification when your Dominant sets up or replaces the plan
- If the plan is replaced, your history, points, and any active chastity lock stay
- Import a Blueprint as proposals for your Dominant to review
