## Why it exists

A dynamic that lives in an app only works if the app reaches out at the right moments. Notifications are the bridge between Kneel and daily life — without them, rituals get forgotten and requests go unseen.

## Capabilities

### Per-Feature Control

Toggle notifications for each feature independently. Get ritual reminders but skip task updates, or vice versa.

### Time-Sensitive Delivery

Instant requests arrive as time-sensitive notifications. Other notifications use standard priority.

### Ritual Reminders

Timed reminders before ritual deadlines. Never miss a daily ritual because you forgot.

### Partner Activity

Get notified when your partner completes tasks, submits check-ins, or requests something.

## How each role uses it

### For Dominants (Dominant)

Stay informed about your partner's activity without checking the app.
