You will be released on a date only your keyholder can see.
Kneel is a chastity app where your keyholder holds the timer. They can hide the release date, so you see the time you have served, never the time you have left. Works with any cage, from anywhere.

Someone else holds the release
Chastity only means something when the decision sits with your partner. In Kneel the keyholder owns the duration, the proof requests, and the answer to every release request. Online, long distance, or in the same room.
Set and extend the timer
Hours or months. Change it mid-session without ending the lock.
Hide the release date
Run a session where the wearer sees time served but never time remaining.
Request proof on demand
Ask for a photo at any moment. It arrives timestamped.
Schedule check-ins
Set a recurring check-in. A missed one goes on the record for you to answer.
Seal a release photo
Attach a photo when you lock. The wearer sees it only once they are released.
Answer release requests
Approve, deny, or add time. The wearer gets the decision instantly.

Four moves, start to release
The same loop every time, so neither of you has to keep score in your head.
Lock
The keyholder sets the duration and starts the session. Choose whether the wearer sees the release date or not.
Prove
The keyholder requests photo proof whenever they want it. The wearer sends it from their phone, and it is timestamped on arrival.
Ask
The wearer sends a release request. It reaches the keyholder as a notification, with the time served attached.
Decide
Approve, deny, or extend. Every decision lands in the session history, so the record is shared rather than remembered.
Every session on the record
Chastity tracking that builds a history instead of a number you both half remember. Each session logs its start, duration, and end, and rolls up into weekly and monthly totals.
Build your own trackers for anything else you count, each with its own notes and running totals.
Works with the cage you already own
Kneel tracks the session, not the hardware. There is nothing to pair and no bluetooth lock to buy. Start a session when you lock, and photo proof is how your keyholder confirms it is still on.
Any cage
Metal, resin, printed. The app never needs to know.
Any distance
Both phones stay in sync. Nothing has to be local.
Any length
An afternoon or a season. The timer does not care.
Locking solo works too
Self-lock with a timer and serve it alone. A day, a week, a season, or a custom duration, and the app releases you when the timer runs out. Your history builds either way, so when a keyholder arrives, your record comes with you. And once you are paired, self-lock gets stricter: hand your dominant the approval to unlock, and you cannot end the session yourself.

Questions
- How does a keyholder control chastity in the app?
- The keyholder sets the lock duration and holds the release. The wearer can send a release request, and the keyholder approves, denies, or extends it. The keyholder can also request photo proof at any time, and can hide the release date so the wearer does not know when the session ends.
- Can I use Kneel as an online or long-distance keyholder?
- Yes. Everything is remote by design. You and your partner each use your own phone, and locks, release requests, proof requests, and session history stay in sync. There is no requirement to be in the same place.
- Does the chastity timer work with my cage?
- Kneel tracks the session, not the hardware, so it works with any physical cage or device. Nothing needs to pair or connect. You start a session when you lock, and photo proof is how the keyholder verifies the device is still on.
- What does the chastity tracker record?
- Every session is logged with its start, duration, and end, and builds into a history with weekly and monthly totals. You can also create your own trackers for anything you want to count, each with its own notes and running totals.
- Can the wearer see how long is left?
- Only if the keyholder allows it. A session can run with the release date visible, or sealed so the wearer sees the time served but not the time remaining.
- Can I use a chastity timer without a keyholder?
- Yes. Solo self-lock gives you a timer without a partner: pick a duration, lock, and the app releases you when it runs out. Sessions you serve solo stay in your history. Once you have a partner, you can also self-lock with dominant approval required, which means you cannot end the session yourself.
- Is the chastity feature free?
- Kneel is free to download, and chastity is part of the premium subscription, which has a free trial. One subscription unlocks premium for both partners in a dynamic — if your keyholder subscribes, you are covered.
- Is Kneel private?
- There are no profiles, no feed, and no social features. Your dynamic is visible only to you and your partner. Notifications hide sensitive detail by default, so nothing revealing appears on your lock screen.
