Terms of Service
Last Updated: 17 August 2026
1. Who We Are and Acceptance
Kneel ("we", "our", or "us") provides the Kneel application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. Kneel is only for consenting adults. It is not a dating, discovery, or matchmaking service.
3. The Service
Kneel gives established partners tools to manage a consensual relationship, including tasks, rituals, check-ins, agreements, chastity tracking, proof media, and private partner messaging.
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, renewal terms, and cancellation controls are shown before purchase and are managed through Apple or Google where applicable.
4. Consent, Safety, and User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Kneel only with adults who have freely given informed consent
- Respect boundaries, limits, and any withdrawal of consent immediately
- Keep your account and devices secure
- Use your own judgment and seek professional or emergency help where appropriate
Kneel provides organizational and communication tools. It does not verify consent, supervise users, provide emergency services, or replace professional medical, legal, safety, or relationship advice.
5. Prohibited Conduct and Content
You must not use Kneel to:
- Create, request, store, or share illegal content or content involving minors
- Facilitate non-consensual activity, abuse, exploitation, coercion, stalking, harassment, threats, or violence
- Share another person's private information or intimate content without permission
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your age
- Evade security controls, interfere with the service, or access another user's account
- Violate applicable law or another person's rights
We may investigate reports and suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
6. Partner Messaging and Safety Reports
Partner chat and chat media are end-to-end encrypted. We cannot ordinarily read that content. Encryption does not prevent either participant from copying, saving, or sharing content they can see on their own device.
You can report a safety concern from chat using private support. A report does not automatically send or decrypt your partner conversation. Only content you deliberately paste or share with support becomes visible to us and our support provider.
Leaving a relationship permanently ends contact and shared access between those accounts inside Kneel. Because Kneel has no in-app user search or invitations, reconnecting would require a new invitation delivered outside Kneel and deliberately accepted by both people.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create. You give Kneel a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for content you submit and for having the rights and consent needed to share it. Shared content may remain available to your partner after you leave a relationship. Account deletion removes your sent chat messages and encrypted media as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy and Security
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, what end-to-end encryption prevents us from reading, how long information is kept, and how deletion works. No service is completely secure, so you should protect your device and account credentials.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may delete your account in the App. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, a safety or security risk, or a legal requirement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for the conduct of users. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kneel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or another appropriate channel and request renewed acceptance where required.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
