Yes! Kneel supports Solo Mode — use it for personal discipline, habit tracking, and self-accountability without a partner. Set your own rituals, tasks, and goals. You can add a partner to your dynamic at any time.

When your subscription ends or downgrades, your existing relationships aren't cut off immediately. You get a 3-day grace period where your current relationship stays active. After that, if you haven't resubscribed, excess relationships go on hold. This gives you time to decide without losing anything.

Each ritual tracks its own streak—a count of consecutive completions. Complete a daily ritual every day? The streak grows. Miss one day? It resets to zero. Weekly and monthly rituals work the same way on their own schedules. Streaks are a way to see consistency at a glance.

Kneel checks overnight (based on your dynamic's timezone) for anything that was due but not completed. If something is overdue, it's marked as a miss. Your Dominant can also log a miss manually at any time. During a paused dynamic, no misses are detected.

Depending on your dynamic's settings: points may be deducted, a consequence may be automatically assigned (if one was linked), the miss is logged in your accountability history, and any ritual streak resets. All of this is configurable—the Dominant decides what triggers what.

When a submissive requests a reward, the point cost is reserved immediately—deducted from the available balance so you can't double-spend. If the Dominant approves, the points stay spent and the reward is granted. If rejected, the points are returned. Your available balance always reflects pending requests.

Premium unlocks features for the entire relationship—if either partner has Premium, both get access. Coverage (relationship slots) determines how many relationships a Premium subscriber can maintain at once. Free users get one relationship; Premium subscribers can cover multiple. If a partner covers your relationship with their Premium, you both get full access without needing your own subscription.

On Hold means a relationship isn't covered by a Premium slot. The free plan covers 1 dynamic with up to 10 active tasks and 3 active rituals. Premium unlocks the full feature set plus additional relationship slots. Upgrade to Premium or have your partner cover the dynamic to restore access.

Make sure your partner has joined your dynamic using the invite link. Each partner needs their own account and must be a member of the same dynamic. Go to Settings > Dynamic to verify membership.

Check that push notifications are enabled in your device settings and in Kneel's notification preferences. Also verify you're logged into the correct account and your push token is registered (Settings > Notifications).

Make sure you marked the task complete in the app before the due date passed. If you completed it late, it may have already been marked overdue by the system. Your Dominant can manually adjust if needed.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone. If you're in a dynamic, your partner will be notified.

Privacy is Kneel's top priority. All data is transmitted securely. Kneel never sells your data; the service providers that process it are listed in the privacy policy. Proof photos are end-to-end encrypted, so the server stores only ciphertext. Biometric app lock and sensitive notification content hiding keep your dynamic private on your device.

No. Only you and your partner(s) in the dynamic can see your tasks, rituals, and history. Each dynamic is completely private and isolated from others.

Kneel collects only what's necessary to provide the service: account info, dynamic data (tasks, rituals, etc.), and device info for push notifications. Kneel never sells user data or uses it for advertising.

Kneel's icon is intentionally non-descriptive — it won't reveal anything on your home screen. You can also enable biometric lock (Face ID or fingerprint) and hide sensitive content from notifications in Settings.
