Kneel is free to download and has a free trial. Premium features are unlocked per dynamic, not per person. If either partner subscribes, both of you get premium. There is no second purchase, and nothing to link between accounts.

- Can I move my tasks, rituals, rewards and consequences into Kneel?
- Yes. Kneel has a home for each of them: one-off and repeating tasks, scheduled rituals, a rewards system with points and granted rewards, and consequences with their own library and timers. There is no import tool, so you rebuild them by hand. The Dynamic Builder in the app asks a short set of questions and proposes a starting plan you can edit before anything is created.
- Do both partners need to pay?
- No. Kneel is free to download and has a free trial. One premium subscription unlocks premium for both partners in a dynamic. If either of you subscribes, you are both covered.
- Is Kneel only for couples?
- No. Solo mode lets you run your own structure without a partner, and your history comes with you when a partner joins. Kneel also supports more than one dynamic for people who need it.
- What does Kneel add beyond a task and points tracker?
- Contracts that both of you sign, scheduled check-ins with comments, permission and instant requests, active restrictions, a chastity system with keyholder control and trackers, shared notes, pause mode, and data export. Each one is documented in the feature guide.
- Is Kneel private?
- There are no public profiles, no feed and no social features. Your dynamic is visible only to you and your partner. Proof media is end-to-end encrypted, and notifications hide sensitive detail by default.
