Re-evaluates roughly every minute so countdowns roll forward and expired entries drop off without thrashing the query cache.

Inline on the dashboard
Active restrictions appear directly on the home tab under Active Punishments. No drill-down required to see what's in effect.
Live countdowns
Each card shows a countdown badge to expiry. The view re-evaluates every 60 seconds, so time remaining stays accurate.
Auto-cleanup
Expired restrictions filter out on the next tick. The list always reflects what's currently active.

Same section on Solo, Dominant, and Submissive home screens. Each role sees the restrictions relevant to their dynamic.
